Cancellation Policy

1. General Principles

All services provided by Isi Morales LTD are scheduled in advance and require dedicated time allocation, ingredient sourcing, and preparation.

By confirming a booking, the client agrees to the cancellation terms outlined below.

2. Private Dining & Event Bookings

2.1 Date Reservation

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required 30% deposit.

Dates are secured exclusively for the client and removed from availability.

2.2 Client Cancellation

More than 14 days before the event:
• Booking may be cancelled.
• Deposit remains non-refundable.
• No additional charges apply.

7–14 days before the event:
• 50% of total event fee becomes payable.

Less than 7 days before the event:
• 100% of total event fee becomes payable.

This reflects ingredient ordering, blocked calendar time, and lost opportunity.

2.3 Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the event.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• Only one reschedule is permitted.
• Requests made within 7 days may incur a 10% administrative fee.

3. Weekly Chef & Meal Prep Services

3.1 Weekly Cancellation

To cancel a scheduled week of service, notice must be provided at least 96 hours before preparation begins.

If cancellation is made:

• More than 96 hours prior → no service fee charged.
• Less than 96 hours → full weekly service fee applies.

Ingredient costs already incurred are payable.

3.2 Ongoing Weekly Agreements

Where a 1-month minimum agreement applies:

• Early termination requires written notice.
• No refunds for partially completed weeks.
• Deposit remains non-refundable.

4. Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.

• Cancellation applies to future billing periods only.
• No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
• Unused monthly credits expire and are non-transferable.

5. Company Cancellation

Isi Morales LTD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in cases of:

• Illness
• Emergency
• Force majeure
• Unsafe working conditions

In such cases, the Company will offer:

• Rescheduling
• Credit
• Or partial refund at its discretion

6. Non-Payment

Failure to settle invoices within the agreed timeframe may result in:

• Immediate cancellation of future services
• Suspension of ongoing services
• Application of late payment fees (as stated in service agreement)
